The Taskbook is rugged. The versatile terminal is available with an anti-reflective 7'' or 10'' WSVGA/WXGA multi-touch display with 1.6 mm thick Corning Gorilla Glass. The screen may also be operated with gloves. When designing the Taskbook, Datalogic placed great emphasis on high-quality and well thought-out workmanship, because this is the only way for the Taskbook to prove its worth in the tough everyday life in the warehouse. The mobile computer sits securely in a robust, rubber-covered aluminium frame and has IP65 certification. It is impact-resistant from 1.2 m and works reliably in a temperature range between -20 °C to + 50 °C and at a relative humidity of 90%. The battery capacity is 2,500 mAh. The operating system is the proven and user-friendly Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. A 1.46 GHz Dual-core processor, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB memory (which may be expanded to 64 GB or even 128 GB, if required), ensure for excellent performance of all tasks. The Taskbook has a USB-C 2.0 port and supports MDM software from the leading vendors. The following additional ports are located on the docking station: RJ45, Ethernet, two USB 2.0, RS-232 - optional audio and CAN bus connection (optionally with a CAN2USB connection). For the best possible connection during data exchange, the Taskbook features Blue tooth and WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/r (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). A 5 megapixel camera is integrated on the back. Datalogic offers versatile accessories for the Taskbook. Among other things, a handgrip is available that may be equipped with a second battery with 2,600 mAh capacity that is hot-swappable, or a 2D imager (standard up to 1.1 m or extra-long range up to 15 m). |
